Does NyxGo hold my funds?
No. Your USDC stays in your own account on the exchange, and only your wallet can withdraw it. When you trade yourself, orders are signed in your browser and sent straight to the exchange. When an agent trades for you, NyxGo’s signer places its orders with a separate Agents key that can never withdraw or transfer your funds.
What is the trading key I approve?
The exchange supports “API wallets” — keys that can place and cancel orders and move USDC between your own accounts, but cannot withdraw. NyxGo generates one in your browser so you can trade without a wallet pop-up for every order. You renew it every 30 days with a quick approval, and signing out revokes it on the exchange. It is separate from the Agents key your agents use.
What are agents?
Agents trade on your own account while you’re away. A DCA agent buys or sells a set amount on a schedule, a trailing stop agent moves the stop on an open position behind the price as it goes your way, and a grid agent rests buy and sell orders across a price range you pick. You set them up in the app’s Agent mode, and each one runs only inside the limits you sign in your wallet. Agents stop while NyxGo is unavailable, except a trailing stop’s resting stop, which stays on the exchange.
Can an agent withdraw my funds?
No. Agents trade through the Agents key, which your wallet approves for 30 days and shows as “nyx automations”. It can place and cancel orders, but it can never withdraw or transfer your funds. It is held by NyxGo’s isolated signer, which checks every order against the limits you signed (market, side, size caps, slippage and spacing) and signs nothing outside them. The key is also renewed every 30 days, and you can revoke it at any time.
How do I stop an agent?
Pause or cancel it from the app at any time. To stop every agent at once, revoke the Agents key in the app: NyxGo securely deletes the key, and the app also offers to cancel its approval on the exchange with your wallet. Either way, no Agents key lasts beyond 30 days without your renewal.
What is Moon AI?
Moon AI is the AI trading assistant built into the NyxGo app. Ask it about any market and it reads live prices, the chart, funding, the community and your positions, then answers with levels, risk and a plan. It can draft an order for you to review and sign in your order form, but it can never place, change or cancel one, or touch your funds. Your first 10 questions each day are free; for more, AI credits are sold in packs: 250 questions for 5 USDC, 600 for 10, or 1,400 for 20, paid from your USDC on the exchange.
What does it cost?
The exchange’s standard trading fees apply. When a NyxGo platform fee is active it is shown before you enable trading and in the order form, and it is charged by the exchange only when an order fills. Agents add no fee of their own: their orders pay the exchange’s fees like yours, and NyxGo’s fee on agents’ orders, when active, applies to DCA and grid orders but not to a trailing stop’s close. It can differ from the fee on orders you place, and the agent builder shows it before you start.
Which wallets are supported?
Any EVM browser wallet, such as Rabby, MetaMask, OKX Wallet or Coinbase Wallet. On mobile, open NyxGo in your wallet’s built-in browser.
Do I need to pay gas?
No. Signing in, trading and setting up agents are gasless signatures. You only pay gas when you deposit USDC from your wallet.
Is NyxGo affiliated with the exchange it uses?
No. NyxGo is an independent interface built on a public, third-party exchange protocol.
